We are thrilled this place is here in Leland! Definitely saved us a trip from driving into Wilmington with our dog who was injured. We called to see if they were open (as they are relatively new) and they said they'd take him in once we got there. Everyone was pleasant and very attentive to our dog's needs and his injury. The place was easy to find and very clean. The doctor and the nurses were also knowledgeable and provided us information when we asked questions. If we have to go to any emergency/urgent care place again, we'd come here! Especially being it is in our hometown. Thank you again for caring for our dog.

Wonderful people. I brought my 7 month kitten, Tortellini in. At first we thought it was just a virus. After a few days of the initial antibiotics and no improvement we brought her back and they did some more tests. They identified the problem and gave us some medicine to get her started and helped us get set up to get the rest of the treatments due to the medicine being new and hard to get. After one treatment Lini went from barely moving to almost her normal self in 24 hours. Thank you guys so much for helping us get our Tortellini back to good health.

The care we received was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Every person we dealt with was amazing and most importantly my doggie is feeling better! Both Emily the vet tech and DR Duffy were just oozing with experience, patience and compassion. I wish they were our primary vet! My husband and I were so amazed and appreciative of the care that was provided to our brand new kittens. The staff and doctor were kind and compassionate and knowledgeable and spent time with us. We did not feel rushed at all. What I appreciated most is that we were able to get our new kittens checked out immediately and know that they were getting amazing care. We had an amazing experience here. Everyone was so kind and communicative, the “appointment” was super fast, the facility was so clean... we’re visiting from out of town and just could not have had a better experience for what was otherwise a scary situation with our dog. True pros!

My cat was sick and his regular vet couldn't see him that day. They recommended Priority Pet Urgent Care in Leland so that's where I took him. We arrived, checked in, and within a couple of minutes were taken back to an exam room. The vet and her assistant were great. You could tell they really love animals. The vet recommended an antibiotic and some fluids (not a bunch of tests that are costly and not always needed). My cat was soon feeling better and I will not hesitate to take him back there again if needed! Dr. Duffy and the vet tech that was working with her were great!!! They handled my scared kitty with great care and compassion. The fact that they could see my cat the same day I called was of utmost importance to me.
